It’s a no-commitment billing for your use of Alterable services. You pay for what you use each month. We invoice and charge your credit card once a month or when you reach a threshold of $10 in usage charges.
Every time someone views an email containing one of our services – and that service as fully loaded – it will be counted as an impression. In other words, you never pay for services in emails that are never delivered.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover. These are billed once a month or when you have accumulated a total of $10 in usage charges. If you have an enterprise account, we might approve your company for invoice billing.
Don’t worry. If the processing of your payment fails, we’ll make sure our products still show in your emails. We’ll send you an email to request that you update your payment method.
You may cancel or suspend your account at any time. Please note that we do not offer refunds, and payment will be required for any outstanding fees.
